In 2022, the average preserved sauerkraut export price amounted to $756 per ton, with a decrease of -38.4% against the previous year. Overall, the export price, however, recorded a tangible increase. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2021 when the average export price increased by 109% against the previous year.
