Hay-Making Machinery Price in Japan (CIF) - 2023
The average hay-making machinery import price stood at $16,705 per unit in July 2023, with a decrease of -7.3% against the previous month. Over the last twelve-month period, it increased at an average monthly rate of +1.4%. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in December 2022 when the average import price increased by 30% against the previous month. The import price peaked at $18,023 per unit in June 2023, and then fell in the following month.
There were significant differences in the average prices amongst the major supplying countries. In July 2023, the country with the highest price was Italy ($20,234 per unit), while the price for Hungary ($13,434 per unit) was amongst the lowest.
From July 2022 to July 2023, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was attained by Slovenia (+5.4%), while the prices for the other major suppliers experienced more modest paces of growth.

The average hay-making machinery export price stood at $19,680 per unit in 2022, growing by 118% against the previous year.
