Cutting Blade Price in France (CIF) - 2023

The average cutting blade import price stood at $22,534 per ton in June 2023, surging by 2.2% against the previous month. Overall, the import price continues to indicate a relatively flat trend pattern. The growth pace was the most rapid in September 2022 when the average import price increased by 27% against the previous month. The import price peaked in June 2023.

There were significant differences in the average prices amongst the major supplying countries. In June 2023, the country with the highest price was the United States ($46,575 per ton), while the price for Taiwan (Chinese) ($4,932 per ton) was amongst the lowest.

From June 2022 to June 2023, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was attained by Slovenia (+8.1%), while the prices for the other major suppliers experienced more modest paces of growth.

Cutting Blade Price in France (FOB) - 2023

The average cutting blade export price stood at $16,558 per ton in June 2023, picking up by 10% against the previous month. Overall, export price indicated a tangible increase from June 2022 to June 2023: its price increased at an average monthly rate of +3.3% over the last twelve-month period. The trend pattern, however, indicated some noticeable fluctuations being recorded throughout the analyzed period. Based on June 2023 figures, cutting blade export price increased by +66.2% against January 2023 indices.
