In June 2023, the average cereals; rye, seed export price amounted to $240 per ton, shrinking by -7.4% against the previous month. In general, the export price showed a pronounced setback. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in July 2022 when the average export price increased by 7.1% month-to-month. As a result, the export price reached the peak level of $417 per ton. From August 2022 to June 2023, the the average export prices remained at a somewhat lower figure.
Average prices varied somewhat for the major overseas markets. In June 2023, the highest price was recorded for prices to the Czech Republic ($298 per ton) and the Netherlands ($249 per ton), while the average price for exports to Spain ($210 per ton) and Germany ($242 per ton) were amongst the lowest.
From June 2022 to June 2023, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to Finland (0.0%), while the prices for the other major destinations experienced a decline.

Over the period under review, the import price showed a relatively flat trend pattern.
