Bus Price in Lithuania (FOB) - 2022

In 2022, the average bus export price amounted to $63,560 per unit, shrinking by -8.1% against the previous year. Overall, export price indicated a mild increase from 2012 to 2022: its price increased at an average annual rate of +1.4% over the last decade. The trend pattern, however, indicated some noticeable fluctuations being recorded throughout the analyzed period. Based on 2022 figures, bus export price decreased by -18.8% against 2020 indices. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2020 an increase of 44% against the previous year. As a result, the export price reached the peak level of $78,232 per unit. From 2021 to 2022, the average export prices remained at a somewhat lower figure.

There were significant differences in the average prices for the major external markets. In 2022, amid the top suppliers, the country with the highest price was France ($189,957 per unit), while the average price for exports to Kazakhstan ($3,060 per unit) was amongst the lowest.

From 2012 to 2022, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to Jordan (+19.1%), while the prices for the other major destinations experienced more modest paces of growth.

In 2022, the average bus import price amounted to $60,321 per unit, reducing by -6.6% against the previous year. Overall, the import price continues to indicate a relatively flat trend pattern. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in 2015 an increase of 319% against the previous year. The import price peaked at $87,427 per unit in 2018; however, from 2019 to 2022, import prices remained at a lower figure.

Over the period under review, the exports attained the maximum at 861 units in 2019; however, from 2020 to 2022, the exports stood at a somewhat lower figure.
