Blueberry and Cranberry Price in Mexico (FOB) - 2023
The average blueberry and cranberry export price stood at $7,078 per ton in September 2023, jumping by 37% against the previous month. In general, export price indicated a perceptible increase from September 2022 to September 2023: its price increased at an average monthly rate of +3.6% over the last twelve-month period. The trend pattern, however, indicated some noticeable fluctuations being recorded throughout the analyzed period. Based on September 2023 figures, blueberry and cranberry export price increased by +67.4% against July 2023 indices. As a result, the export price attained the peak level and is likely to continue growth in the immediate term.
Prices varied noticeably by the country of destination: the country with the highest price was Japan ($18,559 per ton), while the average price for exports to the United States totaled $6,714 per ton.
From September 2022 to September 2023, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to the United States (+3.7%).

The average blueberry and cranberry import price stood at $6,433 per ton in August 2023, increasing by 93% against the previous month. Over the period under review, the import price saw temperate growth. As a result, import price reached the peak level and is likely to continue growth in the immediate term.
As there is only one major supplying country, the average price level is determined by prices for the United States.
