The average artificial teeth import price stood at $33.2 per unit in July 2023, leveling off at the previous month. Over the period under review, the import price saw a slight contraction. The growth pace was the most rapid in September 2022 an increase of 14% against the previous month. Over the period under review, average import prices hit record highs at $40.2 per unit in October 2022; however, from November 2022 to July 2023, import prices failed to regain momentum.
Prices varied noticeably by the country of origin: the country with the highest price was Sweden ($122 per unit), while the price for the Philippines ($8.5 per unit) was amongst the lowest.
From July 2022 to July 2023, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was attained by Sweden (+9.8%), while the prices for the other major suppliers experienced more modest paces of growth.

In 2022, the average artificial teeth export price amounted to $4,941 per unit, declining by -14.4% against the previous year. Overall, the export price recorded a drastic downturn. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2021 when the average export price increased by 1.7%. As a result, the export price attained the peak level of $5,774 per unit, and then shrank in the following year.
