The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in 2011, when export increased by X% year-to-year. Over the period under review, average cigarette paper export price attained its maximum level of $X per tonne in 2007; however, from 2008 to 2016, it failed to regain its strength.
There were significant differences in the average export prices amongst major exporting countries. In 2016, the country with the highest export prices was France ($X per kg), while Austria ($X per tonne) was among the lowest.
