South Korea (82M litres) was the main destination for beer exports from Japan, accounting for a 54% share of total exports. Moreover, beer exports to South Korea exceeded the volume sent to the second major destination, Taiwan (Chinese) (28M litres), threefold. China (15M litres) ranked third in terms of total exports with a 10% share.
