In 2020, South Africa (X tonnes) represented the major exporter of manganese ores and concentrates, making up X% of total exports. It was distantly followed by Australia (X tonnes), Gabon (X tonnes), Brazil (X tonnes) and Ghana (X tonnes), together making up a X% share of total exports. Cote d'Ivoire (X tonnes) and Malaysia (X tonnes) followed a long way behind the leaders.
Exports from South Africa increased at an average annual rate of +X% from 2007 to 2020. At the same time, Cote d'Ivoire (+X%), Malaysia (+X%), Brazil (+X%), Gabon (+X%), Ghana (+X%) and Australia (+X%) displayed positive paces of growth.
