From 2012 to 2021, the most notable rate of growth in terms of shipments, amongst the main countries of destination, was attained by Portugal (with a CAGR of +96.4%), while the other leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.
In value terms, Uzbekistan ($X) emerged as the key foreign market for receivers and transmitters case exports from Ukraine, comprising 49% of total exports. The second position in the ranking was taken by the United States ($X), with an 18% share of total exports. It was followed by India, with a 2.9% share.
From 2012 to 2021, the average annual growth rate of value to Uzbekistan was relatively modest. Exports to the other major destinations recorded the following average annual rates of exports growth: the United States (+37.2% per year) and India (-20.9% per year).

Over the period under review, the export price recorded a relatively flat trend pattern. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in 2017 when the average export price increased by 79%. There were significant differences in the average prices for the major foreign markets. In 2021, the country with the highest price was India ($X per unit), while the average price for exports to Poland ($X per unit) was amongst the lowest.

Imports into Ukraine
In 2021, the amount of cabinets and cases for transmission and reception apparatus imported into Ukraine rose sharply to X units, increasing by 5.3% compared with the year before. In general, imports, however, continue to indicate a significant decline. The growth pace was the most rapid in 2014 when imports increased by 77%. In 2021, China (X units) constituted the largest receivers and transmitters case supplier to Ukraine, accounting for a 56% share of total imports. Moreover, receivers and transmitters case imports from China exceeded the figures recorded by the second-largest supplier, Vietnam (X units), eightfold. Hungary (X units) ranked third in terms of total imports with a 5.7% share.
From 2012 to 2021, the average annual rate of growth in terms of volume from China amounted to -26.9%. The remaining supplying countries recorded the following average annual rates of imports growth: Vietnam (+32.1% per year) and Hungary (-25.5% per year).
In value terms, China ($X), the United States ($X) and Taiwan (Chinese) ($X) constituted the largest receivers and transmitters case suppliers to Ukraine, together accounting for 66% of total imports. These countries were followed by India, South Korea, Finland, Spain, Hungary and Vietnam, which together accounted for a further 13%.
In terms of the main suppliers, India, with a CAGR of +49.8%, recorded the highest growth rate of the value of imports, over the period under review, while purchases for the other leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.
Import Prices by Country
The average receivers and transmitters case import price stood at $X per unit in 2021, shrinking by -30.4% against the previous year. Overall, the import price, however, continues to indicate a resilient expansion. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2018 an increase of 70%. The import price peaked at $X per unit in 2020, and then fell rapidly in the following year.
Prices varied noticeably country of origin: the country with the highest price was the United States ($X per unit), while the price for Vietnam ($X per unit) was amongst the lowest.
