The growth pace was the most rapid in 2018 with an increase of 27% against the previous year. As a result, imports reached the peak of $X. Sweden represented the key importing country with an import of around X tons, which recorded 50% of total imports. Norway (X tons) ranks second in terms of the total imports with a 20% share, followed by Denmark (17%) and Finland (12%).
From 2012 to 2021, average annual rates of growth with regard to radar apparatus imports into Sweden stood at +3.7%. At the same time, Finland (+6.3%) and Norway (+2.0%) displayed positive paces of growth. Moreover, Finland emerged as the fastest-growing importer imported in Scandinavia, with a CAGR of +6.3% from 2012-2021. By contrast, Denmark (-1.7%) illustrated a downward trend over the same period. The second position in the ranking was held by Norway ($X), with a 19% share of total imports. It was followed by Denmark, with a 17% share.
In Sweden, radar apparatus imports expanded at an average annual rate of +7.2% over the period from 2012-2021. In the other countries, the average annual rates were as follows: Norway (+2.2% per year) and Denmark (+0.6% per year).
