Over the period under review, bleached sulphite pulp imports reached their peak figure in 2018 and are expected to retain its growth in the immediate term.

Imports by Country

In 2018, Iceland (X tonnes) constituted the largest supplier of bleached sulphite pulp to India, with a X% share of total imports. Moreover, bleached sulphite pulp imports from Iceland exceeded the figures recorded by the second-largest supplier, South Africa (X tonnes), twofold.
