Cabo Verde (X units), Togo (X units), Burkina Faso (X units) and Ghana (X units) followed a long way behind the leaders.
Exports from Senegal decreased at an average annual rate of X% from 2012 to 2023. At the same time, Niger (X%), Togo (X%) and Burkina Faso (X%) displayed positive paces of growth. Moreover, Niger emerged as the fastest-growing exporter exported in ECOWAS, with a CAGR of X% from 2012-2023. By contrast, Cote d'Ivoire (X%), Ghana (X%) and Cabo Verde (X%) illustrated a downward trend over the same period. While the share of Niger (X p.p.), Cote d'Ivoire (X p.p.), Togo (X p.p.), Burkina Faso (X p.p.) and Ghana (X p.p.) increased significantly in terms of the total exports from 2012-2023, the share of Senegal (X p.p.) displayed negative dynamics. The shares of the other countries remained relatively stable throughout the analyzed period.

From 2012 to 2023, the average annual rate of growth in terms of value in Cote d'Ivoire stood at X%. The remaining exporting countries recorded the following average annual rates of exports growth: Senegal (X% per year) and Niger (X% per year).
Export Prices by Country
The export price in ECOWAS stood at $X per unit in 2023, falling by X% against the previous year. Over the period under review, the export price, however, continues to indicate prominent growth.
