Total exports indicated a measured expansion from 2012 to 2023: its volume increased at an average annual rate of X% over the last eleven-year period. The trend pattern, however, indicated some noticeable fluctuations being recorded throughout the analyzed period. Based on 2023 figures, exports decreased by X% against 2021 indices. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2013 when exports increased by X%. The volume of export peaked at X tons in 2021; however, from 2022 to 2023, the exports failed to regain momentum.

In value terms, vegetable oils exports declined modestly to $X in 2023. Overall, exports enjoyed a resilient expansion. The growth pace was the most rapid in 2021 with an increase of X%. In 2023, Russia (X tons) was the largest exporter of vegetable fats and oils, making up X% of total exports. In Russia, vegetable oils exports expanded at an average annual rate of X% over the period from 2012-2023. The remaining exporting countries recorded the following average annual rates of exports growth: Bulgaria (X% per year) and Slovakia (X% per year).

In 2023, the export price in Eastern Europe amounted to $X per ton, which is down by X% against the previous year. Export price indicated mild growth from 2012 to 2023: its price increased at an average annual rate of X% over the last eleven-year period.
