Exports of diesel or semi-diesel electric generating sets of output over X kVA but under X kVA rose significantly to X units in 2022, with an increase of 9.6% compared with 2021 figures. Over the period under review, exports recorded slight growth. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in 2019 when exports increased by 159%. Total imports indicated a resilient expansion from 2012 to 2022: its volume increased at an average annual rate of +6.1% over the last decade.
