The growth pace was the most rapid in 2014 with an increase of 31% against the previous year. The level of export peaked at $X in 2019; however, from 2020 to 2021, the exports remained at a lower figure.
Exports by Country
China dominates exports structure, amounting to X tons, which was near 80% of total exports in 2021. It was distantly followed by Turkey (X tons) and Taiwan (Chinese) (X tons), together making up an 11% share of total exports. India (X tons) held a little share of total exports.
From 2012 to 2021, average annual rates of growth with regard to beverage manufacturing press exports from China stood at +16.8%. At the same time, Turkey (+17.4%) and Taiwan (Chinese) (+3.7%) displayed positive paces of growth. From 2012 to 2021, the average annual growth rate of value in China totaled +4.7%. In the other countries, the average annual rates were as follows: India (-1.3% per year) and Turkey (+8.5% per year).
Export Prices by Country
The export price in Asia stood at $X per ton in 2021, falling by -6.8% against the previous year. Overall, the export price continues to indicate a abrupt setback. The growth pace was the most rapid in 2017 when the export price increased by 17% against the previous year. The level of export peaked at $X per ton in 2012; however, from 2013 to 2021, the export prices remained at a lower figure.
Prices varied noticeably country of origin: the country with the highest price was India ($X per ton), while China ($X per ton) was amongst the lowest.
From 2012 to 2021, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was attained by India (-0.5%), while the other leaders experienced a decline in the export price figures.

After three years of decline, supplies from abroad of presses and crushers for beverages manufacturing increased by 31% to X tons in 2021. The total import volume increased at an average annual rate of +2.6% over the period from 2012 to 2021; however, the trend pattern indicated some noticeable fluctuations being recorded throughout the analyzed period. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2017 with an increase of 43% against the previous year. As a result, imports attained the peak of X tons. From 2018 to 2021, the growth of imports failed to regain momentum.
In value terms, beverage manufacturing press imports soared to $X in 2021. The total import value increased at an average annual rate of +3.8% over the period from 2012 to 2021; however, the trend pattern indicated some noticeable fluctuations being recorded throughout the analyzed period. As a result, imports attained the peak and are likely to continue growth in the immediate term.

In 2021, Georgia (X tons), distantly followed by Thailand (X tons), Iran (X tons), Turkey (X tons), Indonesia (X tons) and India (X tons) were the main importers of presses and crushers for beverages manufacturing, together achieving 64% of total imports. The following importers - Japan (X tons), Israel (X tons), Vietnam (X tons), China (X tons), Singapore (X tons), Armenia (X tons) and South Korea (X tons) - together made up 17% of total imports.
From 2012 to 2021, the most notable rate of growth in terms of purchases, amongst the leading importing countries, was attained by Thailand (with a CAGR of +49.7%), while imports for the other leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.
In value terms, the largest beverage manufacturing press importing markets in Asia were Thailand ($X), Georgia ($X) and Turkey ($X), together comprising 38% of total imports.
Among the main importing countries, Thailand, with a CAGR of +48.7%, recorded the highest rates of growth with regard to the value of imports, over the period under review, while purchases for the other leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.
Import Prices by Country
In 2021, the import price in Asia amounted to $X per ton, rising by 6.4% against the previous year. Over the period from 2012 to 2021, it increased at an average annual rate of +1.2%. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2014 when the import price increased by 16%. Over the period under review, import prices reached the maximum in 2021 and is likely to see steady growth in the immediate term.
There were significant differences in the average prices amongst the major importing countries. In 2021, the country with the highest price was Japan ($X per ton), while Georgia ($X per ton) was amongst the lowest.
From 2012 to 2021, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was attained by Indonesia (+7.5%), while the other leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.
