Yoghurt Price in Luxembourg (FOB) - 2021
In November 2021, the average yoghurt export price amounted to $1,853 per ton, dropping by -3.1% against the previous month. Overall, the export price recorded a relatively flat trend pattern. The growth pace was the most rapid in July 2021 an increase of 16% m-o-m. As a result, the export price attained the peak level of $2,100 per ton. From August 2021 to November 2021, the the average export prices remained at a lower figure.
Prices varied noticeably by the country of destination: the country with the highest price was Germany ($2,064 per ton), while the average price for exports to the Netherlands ($1,160 per ton) was amongst the lowest.
From November 2020 to November 2021, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to the UK (+0.3%), while the prices for the other major destinations experienced a decline.

In November 2021, the average yoghurt import price amounted to $2,519 per ton, remaining stable against the previous month. Over the period under review, the import price showed a relatively flat trend pattern. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in December 2020 an increase of 3.2% m-o-m. The import price peaked at $2,688 per ton in February 2021; however, from March 2021 to November 2021, import prices remained at a lower figure.
Prices varied noticeably by the country of origin: the country with the highest price was Germany ($3,233 per ton), while the price for Portugal ($1,872 per ton) was amongst the lowest.
From November 2020 to November 2021, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was attained by Germany (+0.7%), while the prices for the other major suppliers experienced a decline.
Yoghurt Exports in Luxembourg
Yoghurt exports from Luxembourg reduced modestly to 17K tons in 2022, remaining relatively unchanged against 2021 figures. Overall, exports saw a perceptible slump. The growth pace was the most rapid in 2021 with an increase of 0.7%.
