In 2022, the average water filter import price amounted to $30 per unit, falling by -16.5% against the previous year. Over the period under review, the import price, however, saw resilient growth. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2018 an increase of 39% against the previous year. Over the period under review, average import prices hit record highs at $36 per unit in 2021, and then declined significantly in the following year.
Average prices varied noticeably amongst the major supplying countries.
