Stationery Product Price in Bulgaria (CIF) - 2023
In June 2023, the average stationery product import price amounted to $2,944 per ton, surging by 2.3% against the previous month. In general, the import price, however, recorded a relatively flat trend pattern. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in November 2022 an increase of 35% month-to-month. The import price peaked at $3,570 per ton in February 2023; however, from March 2023 to June 2023, import prices stood at a somewhat lower figure.
There were significant differences in the average prices amongst the major supplying countries. In June 2023, the country with the highest price was Finland ($5,355 per ton), while the price for Sweden ($1,272 per ton) was amongst the lowest.
From June 2022 to June 2023, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was attained by Sweden (+2.0%), while the prices for the other major suppliers experienced mixed trend patterns.

The average stationery product export price stood at $4,236 per ton in 2022, picking up by 51% against the previous year. In general, the export price continues to indicate a measured expansion. The growth pace was the most rapid in 2014 an increase of 93% against the previous year. As a result, the export price reached the peak level of $5,660 per ton. From 2015 to 2022, the average export prices remained at a somewhat lower figure.
There were significant differences in the average prices for the major foreign markets. In 2022, amid the top suppliers, the country with the highest price was Germany ($8,439 per ton), while the average price for exports to Poland ($1,020 per ton) was amongst the lowest.
From 2012 to 2022, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to Albania (+15.3%), while the prices for the other major destinations experienced more modest paces of growth.
