France, the Netherlands, Singapore, India, Brazil, Hong Kong SAR, Italy, Mexico and Thailand lagged somewhat behind, together accounting for a further 21%.

In terms of the main importing countries, the Netherlands, with a CAGR of +22.0%, saw the highest rates of growth with regard to the value of imports, over the period under review, while purchases for the other global leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.

Import Prices By Country

In 2022, the average signal generator import price amounted to $98 per unit, waning by -15.5% against the previous year. In general, the import price, however, posted modest growth. The growth pace was the most rapid in 2016 when the average import price increased by 78% against the previous year. Global import price peaked at $126 per unit in 2020; however, from 2021 to 2022, import prices failed to regain momentum.
