The average export price for tomatoes; prepared or preserved otherwise than by vinegar or acetic acid stood at $1,212 per ton in 2022, with an increase of 2.7% against the previous year. Over the period under review, the export price recorded a modest expansion. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2013 an increase of 41% against the previous year. As a result, the export price attained the peak level of $1,552 per ton. From 2014 to 2022, the average export prices remained at a lower figure.
