The average tobacco, unmanufactured; tobacco refuse import price stood at $6,358 per ton in June 2023, picking up by 29% against the previous month. Overall, import price indicated resilient growth from June 2022 to June 2023: its price increased at an average monthly rate of +5.3% over the last twelve months. The trend pattern, however, indicated some noticeable fluctuations being recorded throughout the analyzed period. Based on June 2023 figures, tobacco, unmanufactured; tobacco refuse import price increased by +87.4% against April 2023 indices.
