The trend pattern, however, indicated some noticeable fluctuations being recorded throughout the analyzed period. Based on October 2023 figures, export price for tobacco; partly or wholly stemmed or stripped increased by +17.8% against August 2023 indices. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in April 2023 an increase of 29% month-to-month. As a result, the export price attained the peak level of $7,383 per ton. From May 2023 to October 2023, the the average export prices remained at a somewhat lower figure.
