In February 2024, the average export price for terpenic oils; gum, wood or sulphate turpentine oilses amounted to $1,642 per ton, rising by 3.4% against the previous month. In general, the export price, however, recorded a noticeable reduction. Over the period under review, the average export prices hit record highs at $2,452 per ton in February 2023; however, from March 2023 to February 2024, the export prices remained at a lower figure.

Average prices varied somewhat for the major foreign markets. In February 2024, the highest price was recorded for prices to the United States ($1,856 per ton) and China ($1,776 per ton), while the average price for exports to France ($1,309 per ton) and Mexico ($1,557 per ton) were amongst the lowest.

From February 2023 to February 2024, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to the United States (-2.4%), while the prices for the other major destinations experienced a decline.
