In 2022, the average import price for residues; of petroleum oils or of oils obtained from bituminous mineralses amounted to $581 per ton, approximately mirroring the previous year. Overall, the import price, however, continues to indicate a pronounced reduction. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2017 when the average import price increased by 43% against the previous year.
