In October 2023, the average import price for polymers of propylene or of other olefins, in primary formses amounted to $1,779 per ton, surging by 3.5% against the previous month. Overall, the import price, however, recorded a relatively flat trend pattern. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in April 2023 an increase of 5.9% against the previous month. As a result, import price attained the peak level of $1,912 per ton. From May 2023 to October 2023, the average import prices failed to regain momentum.

From October 2022 to October 2023, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to Germany (+1.0%), while the prices for the other major destinations experienced mixed trend patterns.
