The export price peaked at $2,357 per ton in January 2023; however, from February 2023 to October 2023, the export prices remained at a lower figure.
Prices varied noticeably by the country of destination: the country with the highest price was Tunisia ($3,557 per ton), while the average price for exports to Spain ($1,411 per ton) was amongst the lowest.
From October 2022 to October 2023, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to Morocco (+1.3%), while the prices for the other major destinations experienced mixed trend patterns.
