Overall, the import price, however, saw a relatively flat trend pattern. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in November 2022 an increase of 87% m-o-m. As a result, import price attained the peak level of $3,204 per ton. From December 2022 to October 2023, the average import prices failed to regain momentum.

Prices varied noticeably by the country of origin: the country with the highest price was Sweden ($3,191 per ton), while the price for Saudi Arabia ($1,185 per ton) was amongst the lowest.
