The average import price for pitch; obtained from coal tar or from other mineral tarses stood at $1,254 per ton in July 2023, falling by -3.4% against the previous month. In general, the import price continues to indicate a relatively flat trend pattern. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in May 2023 an increase of 95% month-to-month. The import price peaked at $1,389 per ton in March 2023; however, from April 2023 to July 2023, import prices remained at a lower figure.
