The average phosphorus, arsenic and selenium import price stood at $4,405 per ton in September 2023, dropping by -2.7% against the previous month. In general, the import price recorded a deep reduction. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in June 2023 when the average import price increased by 38% m-o-m. The import price peaked at $8,911 per ton in November 2022; however, from December 2022 to September 2023, import prices remained at a lower figure.
As there is only one major supplying country, the average price level is determined by prices for Vietnam.
From September 2022 to September 2023, the rate of growth in terms of prices for China amounted to -2.1% per month.

The average phosphorus, arsenic and selenium export price stood at $14,182 per ton in 2022, picking up by 28% against the previous year. Over the period under review, the export price, however, continues to indicate a deep contraction.
