In 2022, the average import price for paints and varnishes, based on polyesters, non-aqueous medium amounted to $3,608 per ton, falling by -2.4% against the previous year. Over the period under review, import price indicated prominent growth from 2012 to 2022: its price increased at an average annual rate of +8.2% over the last decade. The trend pattern, however, indicated some noticeable fluctuations being recorded throughout the analyzed period.
