The average import price for nickel; bars, rods, profiles and wires stood at $53,674 per ton in 2022, with an increase of 33% against the previous year. Over the period under review, the import price showed a relatively flat trend pattern. The growth pace was the most rapid in 2019 when the average import price increased by 88%. Over the period under review, average import prices hit record highs in 2022 and is expected to retain growth in the near future.
