The average import price for lubricating oil additives; containing petroleum oils or oils obtained from bituminous mineralses stood at $3,710 per ton in January 2024, shrinking by -5.7% against the previous month. Overall, the import price saw a mild descent. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in November 2023 an increase of 11% against the previous month. The import price peaked at $4,967 per ton in February 2023; however, from March 2023 to January 2024, import prices failed to regain momentum.
