The average import price for hypochlorites; commercial calcium hypochlorite and other calcium hypochloriteses stood at $3,405 per ton in September 2023, jumping by 20% against the previous month. Over the period under review, import price indicated pronounced growth from September 2022 to September 2023: its price increased at an average monthly rate of +2.4% over the last twelve months. The trend pattern, however, indicated some noticeable fluctuations being recorded throughout the analyzed period. Based on September 2023 figures, import price for hypochlorites; commercial calcium hypochlorite and other calcium hypochloriteses increased by +27.6% against July 2023 indices. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in January 2023 an increase of 72% m-o-m. As a result, import price attained the peak level of $3,479 per ton. From February 2023 to September 2023, the average import prices remained at a somewhat lower figure.

Over the period under review, export price indicated slight growth from 2012 to 2022: its price increased at an average annual rate of +1.7% over the last decade. The trend pattern, however, indicated some noticeable fluctuations being recorded throughout the analyzed period. Based on 2022 figures, export price for hypochlorites; commercial calcium hypochlorite and other calcium hypochloriteses increased by +52.9% against 2016 indices.
