The average import price for hydroxide and peroxide of magnesia stood at $685 per ton in 2022, reducing by -28.1% against the previous year. From August 2022 to August 2023, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to the Czech Republic (+5.0%), while the prices for the other major destinations experienced more modest paces of growth.
