In October 2023, the average export price for heaters; instantaneous or storage water heaters, non-electric, other than gasses amounted to $406 per unit, increasing by 4.8% against the previous month. Over the period under review, the export price saw a mild expansion. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in July 2023 when the average export price increased by 49% against the previous month. As a result, the export price reached the peak level of $570 per unit. From August 2023 to October 2023, the the average export prices remained at a lower figure.

There were significant differences in the average prices for the major external markets. In October 2023, the country with the highest price was the UK ($1,334 per unit), while the average price for exports to Belarus totaled $296 per unit.

From October 2022 to October 2023, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to the UK (+19.5%), while the prices for the other major destinations experienced more modest paces of growth.

In general, the import price recorded a slight shrinkage. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in April 2023 an increase of 19% m-o-m. Over the period under review, average import prices reached the maximum at $471 per unit in June 2023; however, from July 2023 to October 2023, import prices stood at a somewhat lower figure.
