The average export price for frozen raspberries, blackberries, mulberries, loganberries, black-, white- or red currants and gooseberrieses stood at $4,525 per ton in March 2022, jumping by 277% against the previous month. In general, the export price showed a significant increase. As a result, the export price reached the peak level and is likely to continue growth in the immediate term.
Average prices varied noticeably for the major external markets. In March 2022, the country with the highest price was Serbia ($5,150 per ton), while the average price for exports to Russia stood at $4,426 per ton.
From March 2021 to March 2022, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to Serbia (+26.5%).

The average import price for frozen raspberries, blackberries, mulberries, loganberries, black-, white- or red currants and gooseberrieses stood at $743 per ton in 2022, jumping by 41% against the previous year. Over the period under review, the import price, however, showed a drastic downturn. Over the period under review, average import prices attained the peak figure at $1,947 per ton in 2013; however, from 2014 to 2022, import prices failed to regain momentum.
Prices varied noticeably by country of origin: amid the top importers, the country with the highest price was Poland ($1,149 per ton), while the price for North Macedonia ($489 per ton) was amongst the lowest.
From 2012 to 2022, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was attained by Poland (-1.3%), while the prices for the other major suppliers experienced a decline.
