In September 2023, the average export price for flour, meal, and flakes of potatoeses amounted to $1,302 per ton, reducing by -4.6% against the previous month. In general, the export price showed a relatively flat trend pattern. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in February 2023 when the average export price increased by 3.5% against the previous month. As a result, the export price attained the peak level of $1,396 per ton. From March 2023 to September 2023, the the average export prices remained at a lower figure.

Average prices varied somewhat for the major overseas markets. In September 2023, the countries with the highest prices were Indonesia ($1,551 per ton) and Japan ($1,368 per ton), while the average price for exports to South Korea ($1,068 per ton) and Canada ($1,230 per ton) were amongst the lowest.

From December 2022 to September 2023, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to Indonesia (+2.2%), while the prices for the other major destinations experienced mixed trend patterns.
