The average export price for engravings, prints and lithographs; originals stood at $60 per unit in 2022, shrinking by -14.4% against the previous year. Overall, the export price, however, recorded a prominent expansion. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in 2021 an increase of 70% against the previous year. Over the period under review, the average export prices hit record highs at $86 per unit in 2017; however, from 2018 to 2022, the export prices failed to regain momentum.

There were significant differences in the average prices for the major export markets. In 2022, amid the top suppliers, the country with the highest price was the UK ($124 per unit), while the average price for exports to Qatar ($3.5 per unit) was amongst the lowest.

From 2012 to 2022, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to the UK (+20.4%), while the prices for the other major destinations experienced more modest paces of growth.

In 2022, exports of engravings, prints and lithographs; originals from the Netherlands rose remarkably to 205K units, growing by 12% on the previous year's figure. Over the period under review, exports showed a resilient increase. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2021 when exports increased by 356%.
