In February 2022, the average export price for crustacean preparations; prepared or preserved crustaceans (excluding crab, shrimps, prawns and lobster)s amounted to $32,239 per ton, waning by -1.6% against the previous month. Overall, export price indicated a tangible expansion from February 2021 to February 2022: its price increased at an average monthly rate of +4.2% over the last twelve months. The trend pattern, however, indicated some noticeable fluctuations being recorded throughout the analyzed period. Based on February 2022 figures, export price for crustacean preparations; prepared or preserved crustaceans (excluding crab, shrimps, prawns and lobster)s decreased by +0.4% against December 2021 indices. The growth pace was the most rapid in July 2021 when the average export price increased by 40% m-o-m.
