The average export price for copper; refined and copper alloys, unwroughts stood at $8,231 per ton in January 2024, with an increase of 1.9% against the previous month. Overall, the export price showed a relatively flat trend pattern. The growth pace was the most rapid in February 2023 when the average export price increased by 8.4% m-o-m. As a result, the export price reached the peak level of $8,745 per ton. From March 2023 to January 2024, the the average export prices remained at a somewhat lower figure.
