In 2022, the average import price for cocoa; shells, husks, skins and other cocoa wastes amounted to $1,239 per ton, surging by 115% against the previous year. In general, the import price posted a measured expansion. As a result, import price attained the peak level and is likely to continue growth in the immediate term.
