The average cocoa; paste, not defatted import price stood at $4,246 per ton in September 2023, declining by -3.8% against the previous month. Over the period from February 2023 to September 2023, it increased at an average monthly rate of +1.7%. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in August 2023 an increase of 8.7% m-o-m. As a result, import price attained the peak level of $4,414 per ton, and then dropped modestly in the following month.
