Over the period under review, the average export prices reached the maximum at $416 per ton in May 2023; however, from June 2023 to August 2023, the export prices remained at a lower figure.
Prices varied noticeably by the country of destination: the country with the highest price was the UK ($3,045 per ton), while the average price for exports to Iceland amounted to $304 per ton.
From October 2022 to August 2023, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to the UK (+6.0%), while the prices for the other major destinations experienced a decline.
