Over the period under review, the import price, however, saw a relatively flat trend pattern. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in March 2023 an increase of 15% m-o-m. Over the period under review, average import prices reached the peak figure at $9,297 per ton in June 2023; however, from July 2023 to December 2023, import prices failed to regain momentum.
