The average andalusite, kyanite and sillimanite import price stood at $446 per ton in 2022, rising by 2.6% against the previous year. Overall, the import price saw a mild expansion. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2015 an increase of 55% against the previous year. The import price peaked at $748 per ton in 2016; however, from 2017 to 2022, import prices remained at a lower figure.
