In December 2023, the average export price for aluminium; plates, sheets and strip, thickness exceeding 0.2mm, alloys, rectangular (including square)s amounted to $2,936 per ton, remaining stable against the previous month. In general, the export price showed a slight downturn. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in October 2023 an increase of 1% against the previous month. Over the period under review, the average export prices reached the peak figure at $3,354 per ton in February 2023; however, from March 2023 to December 2023, the export prices remained at a lower figure.
