In November 2023, the average export price for aluminium; plates, sheets and strip, thickness exceeding 0.2mm, alloys, rectangular (including square)s amounted to $4,466 per ton, with a decrease of -2.3% against the previous month. In general, the export price showed a relatively flat trend pattern. The growth pace was the most rapid in April 2023 when the average export price increased by 8% against the previous month. As a result, the export price reached the peak level of $4,714 per ton. From May 2023 to November 2023, the the average export prices remained at a lower figure.

There were significant differences in the average prices for the major export markets. In November 2023, the country with the highest price was the United States ($5,298 per ton), while the average price for exports to the UK ($2,485 per ton) was amongst the lowest.

From December 2022 to November 2023, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to Italy (+2.4%), while the prices for the other major destinations experienced more modest paces of growth.
