Phosphorus Price in Belarus (CIF) - 2022

The average phosphorus import price stood at $6,934 per ton in 2022, falling by -18.3% against the previous year. Over the period under review, import price indicated a notable increase from 2012 to 2022: its price increased at an average annual rate of +2.9% over the last decade. The trend pattern, however, indicated some noticeable fluctuations being recorded throughout the analyzed period. Based on 2022 figures, phosphorus import price increased by +30.8% against 2020 indices. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2021 an increase of 60% against the previous year. As a result, import price reached the peak level of $8,487 per ton, and then plummeted in the following year.

Average prices varied noticeably amongst the major supplying countries. In 2022, amid the top importers, the country with the highest price was Russia ($7,587 per ton), while the price for China totaled $6,175 per ton.

From 2012 to 2022, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was attained by China (+2.5%).

Phosphorus Imports in Belarus
